(c)the day, time and place of meeting shall in every other case be fixed by the Mayor, in his absence by the Deputy Mayor and in the absence of both the Mayor and the Deputy Mayor by the Chairman of the Standing Committee [and every such meeting shall be held atleast once in three months;] [Added by Act No.15 of 2013.]
