Section 3(1) in The Haryana Municipal Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014
(1)The competent authority shall constitute a town vending committee in each municipality and may constitute more than one town vending committees for each ward, in each municipality.
