Section 24 in Andhra Pradesh Women's Commission Act, 1998
24. (sic) to grant injunction.
- (sic) In the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 or any other law for the time being force, no court shall grant any injunction restraining any proceeding which is being or about to be taken under the provisions of this Act.
