The applications received at the counter, shall be distributed to the Dealing Assistants. Before preparation of copy, the applications shall be carefully scrutinized. If no defect is found in the applications on scrutiny, the date of its receipt with the initials of concerning Dealing Assistants shall be endorsed on its left hand corner on the top.
