Section 2(l) in The Gujarat Scheduled Castes Development Corporation Act, 1985
(l)"Scheduled Castes Organisation" means a firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, or a society, wherein all or a majority of the partners or, as the case may be, all or a majority of members whereof belong to Scheduled Castes.
