Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to
consider and act on the petitioners representation dated 27.08.2022
with regard to misuse funds allotted by the Union Government under
Rural Infrastructure Development Funds called NABARD-RIDF XXVII
for the year 2021-2022 to the tune of Rs.1,25,00,000/- executed by
the second respondent through the third respondent to form Black Top
roads on a newly promoted private layout called "Annamalaiyar Nagar"
within the jurisdiction of the seventh respondent by deputing High
Level Officers and carrying investigation by appropriate agency within
a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
