Section 37(ii) in The Maharashtra Narcotic Drags and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985
(ii)the person purchasing, possessing and transporting opium on behalf of the pardanashin lady or the infirm or invalid person otherwise than on a prescription has got a written authority in Form D from the pardanashin lady or the infirm or invalid person to do so on his behalf; and
