(7)The licensee shall provide and maintain sufficient and accurate measures, scales and weights and other necessary and reasonable appliances to enable the Brewery Officer and other officers to take account of or check by weight, gauge or measure all materials and liquids used or produced in brewing and provide sufficient lights, ladders and other convenience to enable the Excise staff to perform their duties
