Nos.1 and 2/State.

Shri Anoop Nair, learned counsel for respondent No.3 (SECF). Shri Nair submits that in some of the cases, he did not receive the copy of the petition.

Counsel for the petitioners are directed to supply a copy of the petitions, which have not been supplied to the counsel appearing for respondent No.3.

This exercise be completed by the counsel for the petitioners within a period of three days.

Shri Nair further submits that in some of cases, he has filed reply, in which, the petitioners if so required, may file their rejoinder.

In cases where reply has not been filed, Shri Nair shall file the same within a period of 15 days.

Shri Vivek Sharma, learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2/State also prays for time to seek instructions as to whether the State is required to file reply in these matters or not.

Four weeks' time is granted.

In the meantime, the petitioners may file their rejoinder in cases where they received the copy of reply.
