Section 13(1)(b) in Tamil Nadu Cultivating Tenants Arrears of Rent (Relief) Rules, 1972

(b)when served by an officer-

(i)on a defendant, respondent, or witness-Rs. 1.50.

(ii)on every additional defendant, respondent or witness residing in the same village, if the process be applied for at the same time-Rs. 0.75.
