ORDER :( PER : SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI, J. ) . Both these Criminal Applications are in respect of cross cases. The applicants in Criminal Application No.3720 of 2025 are involved as accused in Regular Criminal Case No.2925/2025 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad, arising out of First Information Report vide Crime No.256 of 2025 dated 14.06.2025 registered with Pundlik Nagar Police Station, Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 74, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; whereas applicants in Criminal Application No.3899 of 2025 are the accused in First Information Report vide Crime No.255 of 2025 dated 14.06.2025 registered with Pundlik Nagar Police Station, Aurangabad, for the offence punishable 5 963_Cri.Appln_3720_2025+1 under Sections 119(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2 Both the sides have entered into compromise. They had filed joint compromise terms which have been got verified through learned Registrar (Judicial) and learned Registrar (Judicial) has filed his reports on 14.10.2025.
3 Taking into consideration the facts in the cases, it appears that applicants in both Criminal Applications, with the intervention of their respective family members and well-wishers have amicably resolved all the disputes and misunderstanding between them. Now, they want to keep good relations.
4 Taking into consideration the offences involved, there is no hurdle in allowing the quashment of proceedings on the basis of compromise terms. Therefore, we are exercising our powers under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Hence, following order.
ORDER
i) Both Criminal Applications stand allowed.

ii) The proceedings in Regular Criminal Case No.2925/2025
pending before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad, arising out of First Information Report vide Crime No.256 of 2025 dated 14.06.2025 registered with Pundlik Nagar Police Station, Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 74, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, stands quashed and set aside as against applicant Nos.1) Salim Daulat Patel, 2) Shoaib Salim Patel and 3) Nasir Patel @ Nasir Wazir Shaikh in Criminal Application No.3720 of 2025.
iii) The First Information Report vide Crime No.255 of 2025 dated 14.06.2025 registered with Pundlik Nagar Police Station, Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 119(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, stands quashed and set aside as against applicant Nos.1) Mujahid @ Mujju Shakur Ansari, 2) Wajed Shakul Ansari, 3) Wasim Khan Yaseen Khan, 4) Rajik Khan Yaseen Khan, 5) Mujeeb Ajij Sheikh, 6) Imran Hamid Kazi, 7) Shahbaz Wahed Ansari, 8) Muntazib Khan Yasin Khan, 9) Imran Gafur Pathan, 10) Wahed Shukur Ansari, 11) Sofiyan Rauf Shaikh and 12) Shaikh Rauf Shaikh Noor in Criminal Application No.3675 of 2025.

iv) All the applicants in both matters to deposit costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) each with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad, on or before 08.12.2025.
