Section 53(b) in Karnataka Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners' Registration and Medical Practitioners' Miscellaneous Provisions Rules, 1964
(b)If the applicant claims to be registered by virtue of his having passed a qualifying examination held in pursuance of Section 23 of the Act, he shall submit along with his application for registration, copy of the degree, diploma or certificate issued to him by the appropriate authority duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and he shall produce the original of such copy when required to so by the Registrar.
