963. Discharge of patients, precautions not to be relaxed.
- No case of cholera should be discharged from hospital until every symptom, either directly or indirectly, due to the disease, has disappeared. When a case has not occurred for several days, an opinion is apt to prevail that the disease is at an end, it is important that this should not lead to any relaxation of the precautions necessary to prevent a further outbreak.
