Section 1 in The Land Acquisition (Bihar Amendment) Act, 1960
1. Short title and Application.
(1)This Act may be called the Land Acquisition (Bihar Amendment) Act, 1960.(2)It shall apply to acquisitions of land made by the State Government except for the purposes of the Union.
