Section 58(15) in Himachal Pradesh Waqf Rules, 2016
(15)The Board shall cause to be maintained such books of account and other books in relation to its accounts in such form and in such manner as may be provided by the Regulations. The pages in the account books, registers, receipts, etc., shall be serially numbered and each page shall be affixed with the seal of the Board. The number of pages that each book or register contains shall be noted on the first page after actual verification by the Chief Executive Officer.
