17. Power to enter and inspect.
- The Government may, with a view to carrying out the purposes of this Act, by order require any person to furnish to such officer as may be specified in the order, such information in his possession as may be specified relating to any stage carriage or other property which is acquired or is liable to be acquired under this Act.
