(5)In the case of copies of sale-certificates, instruments or orders received under Section 89, the name of the office in which they are filed shall be entered in the column headed 'where registered' in Index No. 1 and 'Office of Original Registration' in Index No. II together with the designation of the Court or officer forwarding them within brackets.
