- A female criminal lunatic or a female lunatic prisoner sent to or from a Mental Hospital shall be accompanied by a female attendant or a female relative in addition to the usual escort. The Police Department shall, in the absence of a female relation, make arrangements for a female attendant and shall bear the traveling and other expenses incurred on behalf of the attendant.
