Section 13(1) in Tamil Nadu Local Bodies (Election of Members to the District Planning Committee) Rules, 1999
(1)The nomination of every candidate shall be made by means of nomination paper in Form-4 which may be obtained from the offices specified in the notice of election on any working day during office hours.
