Section 22(g) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960
(g)Shall have power to accept transfers on behalf of the University of any movable or immovable property to and for the purposes of the University and the colleges transferred to it under section 57 ;
