Section 58(1) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
(1)Board Meeting: The management committee shall conduct its official business only if it has a minimum quorum of more than fifty percent of the total members of the management committee as provided under law or bye-laws. Any such meeting held without fulfilling the said quorum shall be considered invalid and the decisions take in such meeting without the required quorum shall not have legal force or validity or binding.
