48. Notice of meeting of the committee.
- The notice of a meeting of the committee of a society specifying the place, date and hour of the meeting together with an agenda of business to be transacted thereat shall be given to each member of the committee in writing or in such other manner as may be laid down in the bye-laws, before the date of the meeting:Provided that any urgent business though not included in the agenda accompanying the notice may, however, be brought up and considered with the consent of the President of the meeting.
