54. Conviction by Gram Panchayat not Previous Conviction.
- No conviction under this Act shall be deemed to be previous conviction for the purpose of section 75 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 or section 356 or section 360 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
