Section 8(1) in The Shri Jagannath Temple Prasikhyana Regulations, 2003
(1)It shall be within the power of the Managing Committee to fix all the allowances or other remunerations to the members of the Mandali or any other persons as may be engaged by the Mandali for the purpose of Prasikhyana.
