Section 6(1) in The Tamil Nadu Advocates' Welfare Fund Rules, 1989
(1)On coming into force of section 12 of the Act, the Bar Council shall transfer 20% of the enrolment fee collection during financial year, before the 31st March of the succeeding year, to the Fund.
