Section 5(1) in The West Bengal Board Of Secondary Education Act, 1963.
(1)In each week-(a)every shop or commercial establishment shall remain entirely closed on, and(b)every person employed in a shop or an establishment shall be allowed as holiday, at least one and a half day next preceding or next following such day.
