Section 2(1)(j) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for Setting up of Power Plant based on Renewable Energy Sources) Rules, 2007

(j)"Renewable Energy Sources" (RES) means and includes non-conventional renewable energy generating sources such as mini hydel upto 15 MW, wind, solar and biomass as approved by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy Sources, Government of India; and
