Section 15(1) in Chhattisgarh Krishi Upaj Mandi (Special Licence for more than One Market Areas) Rules, 2007
(1)The licence holder will execute, by signing as agreement in Form V in triplicate in favour of the seller for the purchase of notified agricultural produce at the purchase centre in the specified market area. One copy of the agreement will be retained by the purchaser, one copy will be given to seller and remaining one copy will be submitted to the Secretary of market committee or the centre in charge posted by him.
