Section 45(5) in U.P. Co-operative Sugar Mills and Distilleries Employees Service Regulations, 2015
(5)An employee shall not give any statement to the Press, give any article to press or magazine, and have any discourse on Radio /Television or other modes, in connection with the activities of Mill/ distillery unit establishment of which he is an employee, without prior permission of managing director or chief executive of the concerned Mill/distillery.
