Section 6(2) in Chhattisgarh Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Act, 2015
(2)Removal of a nominated member of the Council shall be done in a manner as may be prescribed :Provided that no such removal shall be done by the Government except after giving such member, a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
