Facts:
1. Appellant submitted RTI application dated 1 February 2011 before the CPIO, NIA Co., Patna seeking Details of the Appeal filed by the Respondent Public Authority upon the dismissal of Respondent's complaint against Appellant by the CJM , Daltangunj.
2. Vide CPIO Order dated 22 February 2011, CPIO did not disclose information to the Appellant as the matter was sub judice.
3. Not satisfied by the CPIO's Reply, the Appellant preferred first Appeal to the First Appellate Authority dated 10 March 2011.
4. Vide FAA's Order dated 8 April 2011, the FAA provided additional information to the Appellant.
5. Being aggrieved and not being satisfied by the above response of the public authority, the appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission.
6. Matter was heard today. Appellant was present through Audio conferencing while Respondents were present at Patna and were heard via videoconferencing.
7. Respondents submitted that the information regarding the Appeal filed by the Public Authority against the Order of the Appeal: No. CIC/DS/A/2011/002354 CJM, Daltungunj has been provided to the Appellant severing the personal details of the third party.
8. Appellant submitted that he is satisfied with the information provided by the Respondent Public Authority.

9. The Commission is satisfied as complete information has been provided to the Appellant. Hence, the present appeal is dismissed. Case is closed.
