Section 16 in West Bengal Advocates Welfare Corporation Act, 2012
16. Acquisition of land.
- The Corporation may take steps for acquisition of any land for discharging any of its functions under this Act in accordance with the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894(1 of 1894).
