Section 2(1)(ac) in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 2015

(ac)"Minor Minerals" means the minerals as specified in Schedule-I and Schedule-II appended to these Rules and any other mineral which the Government of India may, by notification in the Official Gazette, declare to be a minor mineral under clause (e) of Section 3 of the Act;
