8. Power of the Registrar to decide certain questions.
- Where any question arises at the stage of registration whether for the purpose of this Act a person resides in the area of operation of a co-operative society or not, or whether a co-operative society is of same type as another co-operative society or of different type, the question shall be decided by the Registrar whose decision shall be final.
