Section 239(1) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2011
(1)All the insta1lations, pipelines and safety system installed therein shall be examined daily by competent person authorised for the purpose and the results of all such examinations shall be recorded in bound paged book kept for the purpose duly signed by the competent person and countersigned by colliery engineer and manager.
