Section 8(3) in Prevention of Blackmarketing & Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Rajasthan Conditions of Detention) Order, 1980
(3)Amounts in excess of those prescribed in sub-clause (1) may be received by the Superintendent on behalf of detenues but they shall not be spent in any month beyond the limits laid down in the said sub-clause.
