Section 6(1) in The Andhra Pradesh And Mysore (Transfer Of Territory) Act, 1968
(1)The sitting members of the House of the People representing Hindupur parliamentary constituency in the State of Andhra Pradesh and Madhugiri parliamentary constituency in the State of Mysore shall, notwithstanding the alteration in the extent of those constituencies by virtue of the provisions of this Act, continue to be members of the House of the People.
