Section 8(ii) in The Punjab Animal Contagious Diseases Rules, 1953
(ii)In case of default by the owner, occupier or person incharge of any building, yard, vessel or vehicle the Inspector shall, under order of the Veterinary Surgeon in writing, cause the disinfection or destruction of such building, yard, vessel or vehicle in accordance with the Regulations prescribed in Appendix 1.
