Section 6(2) in The Punjab State Warehousing Corporation Regulations, 1976
(2)If there is no quorum at any meeting of the Board or of the Executive Committee, the meeting shall be adjourned and at the adjourned meeting business of the last meeting shall be conducted irrespective of there being quorum or not.
