Section 19(1) in Orissa Rural Infrastructure and Socio-Economic Development Rules, 2005
(1)The sum specified in Sub-section (2) of Section 3 and Sub-section (2) of Section 4 and Sub-section (3) of Section 11 shall be collected through the usual machinery for collection of mining revenue.
