Section 9(2)(ii) in Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University Adhiniyam, 2004

(ii)to the management of the College or Polytechnic or Institution if the inspection or inquiry is to be made in respect of College or Polytechnic or Institution admitted to the privileges of the University and the University or management, as the case may be. shall be entitled to appoint a representative and shall have the right to be present and be heard at such inspection or inquiry.
