Section 153 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
153. Expenditure on Physical assets outside the city.
- Expenditure on physical assets outside a city may, for carrying out the purposes of this Act, be made, if a resolution to that effect is carried by not less than one half , of the total members of the Corporation.
