64. Application of the Limitation Act, 1963.
(1)Sections 6 to 9 of the Limitation Act, 1963 (36 of 1963) shall not apply to suits, appeals or applications under this Act.(2)Except as declared in Sub-section (1), or as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of the Limitation Act, 1963 (36 of 1963) shall apply to all proceedings under this Act as if a certificate filed hereunder where a decree of a Civil Court.
