26. Amendment of Schedule. —
The State Government after giving by notification in the official Gazettenot less than three months’ notice of its intention so to do may, by like notification, modify any item of the Schedule or add to the Schedule any employment in respect of which it is of opinion that the provisions of this Act should apply and the provisions of this Act shall thereupon apply to such employment as modified or added.
