- The Municipality may, either on its own or through public or private sector agencies, undertake the planning, construction and operation, maintenance or management of commercial infrastructure projects, including district centres, community and neighbourhood shopping centres, industrial estates, bus or truck terminals and tourist lodges with commercial complexes and any other type of commercial projects on commercial basis.
