Section 26(1) in Rajasthan Lakes (Protection and Development) Authority Act, 2015
(1)Until the Authority is constituted under this Act the powers and functions conferred and assigned to the Authority under this Act may be exercised by the State Government or any other authority or officer authorised by the State Government in this behalf.
