(c)the date on which the votes of the voters shall be taken if there is a poll which shall be a date not earlier than the seventh day after the last date for the withdrawal of nominations and the polling hours during which the poll shall be open which shall not be less than 5 hours between 10.00 a.m. and 3.30 p.m.;
