Section 15(15) in Telangana State District Mineral Foundation (Trust) Rules, 2015
15.1The Trust shall maintain a register giving details of -(a)The list of holders of a mining lease in the district and the annual payments made by them to the Trust;(b)The list of welfare measures identified in the district;(c)The allocation/distribution of funds to the affected areas;(d)Annual audited accounts of the Trust.
