(a)"Advisory Committee" means [the West Bengal National Volunteer Force Advisory Committee] [Words substituted for the words 'the Provincial Advisory Committee' by the Adaptation of Laws Order. 1950.], the District Advisory Committee or the Unit Advisory Committee constituted under section 15 ;
