Section 50(1) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(1)Every Head of office shall have a list prepared every six months i.e. on the 1st January and the 1st July each year of all employees who are due to retire within the next 24 to 30 months of that date.
